Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing or fit

We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page — please ensure you check these carefully before placing your order.


Refunds & Replacements

We only offer refunds or replacements if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item

If this applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Processing Time

If your claim is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Replacements will be arranged as soon as possible
