Order Processing & Production

At Lost Soul, we operate on a limited production model to reduce overproduction and maintain high quality across every piece.

All orders are produced in scheduled production runs on the 1st and 16th of each month.

Orders placed will be included in the next available production run, depending on the date of purchase.

Because of this system, orders are not processed immediately after purchase.


Processing Time

Please allow up to:

  • 2–14 days for production

Processing time varies depending on when your order is placed within the production cycle.


Shipping Timeframes

Once your order has been produced and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Australia

  • 5–10 business days

International

  • 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external shipping factors.


Estimated Total Delivery Time

From the date of purchase, estimated total delivery times are:

Australia

  • 10–25 business days

International

  • 14–35 business days

Some items (such as hoodies) may be sourced from international suppliers, which can extend overall delivery time.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and order size.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after dispatch.


Single Shipment Policy

All items within your order will be shipped together in one package.

To ensure a consistent and premium delivery experience, orders are only dispatched once all items in your order have been produced and are ready to ship.

This means that if your order contains items with different production or sourcing times (e.g. hoodies sourced internationally), your order may take longer to be dispatched.


Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes
  • Supplier or production delays
  • Shipping carrier issues
  • Customs processing for international orders

Lost Soul Official is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs.


Incorrect Shipping Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at checkout.

Lost Soul is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered, Lost Soul is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
